1910.178(n)(6) The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to the hazard of being struck-by forklifts: a) At the marine loading docks, where a forklift operator did not keep a clear view of travel when making a turn.
