Smith & Associates Excavating LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590812, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot # 11 Hamlet Court, DUBLIN, OH 43017.  Smith & Associates Excavating LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1306587, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at  7562 Lewis Center Road, WESTERVILLE, OH 43082.
