29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Outside the freight area, employee(s) engaged in shipping/receiving activities were exposed to fire and explosion or a projectile hazards in that compressed gas cylinders, that were not in use, were not secured to prevent damage in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965.  The compressed gas cylinder that was being stored outside the storage rack was exposed to cuts, abrasion and subject to being struck by material handling equipment in that the compressed gas cylinders were being stored in the open and unprotected.  Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1514241, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-26-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3100 Hough Rd. Florence, AL.   Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463070, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-14-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1821 South Padre Island Dr. Corpus Christi, TX.
