The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) Church construction at Davis Ave. and Commerce Ave.: On or about November 16, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employee(s) to hazards of over a 20 foot fall from not wearing fall protection while performing sign attachment to building from an aerial lift.
