29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: (a) Track Kiln - On or about November 17, 2022, or anytime hear unto - the employer was aware that the Kiln operator(s) have been performing maintenance on the water lines while working from top of the steam water lines that are 15 feet high without the use of any type of fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.
