29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a) At 6725 Zeigler Blvd Mobile, AL (Grounds Area - Building 2): On or about November 15, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that head protection was not provided to employees  on the ground level working beneath overhead falling object hazards such as the shingles and roofing materials during roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 6725 Zeigler Blvd Mobile, AL (Roof Area - Building 2): On or about November 15, 2022, the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing roofing  activities up to approximately sixteen feet (16') from the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  a) At 6725 Zeigler Blvd Mobile, AL (Grounds Area - Building 2): On or about November 15, 2022, and at times prior; the employer failed to produce a written (training) certification record for employees performing framing activities while exposed to fall hazards up to approximately twelve (12) feet to the ground below.
