29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At 6725 Zeigler Blvd Mobile, AL (Grounds Area - Building 2): On or about November 15, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that head protection was not provided to employees on the ground level working beneath overhead falling object hazards such as the shingles and roofing materials during roofing activities.
