29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1):The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a) The employer has not provided the required certification that all hazards (fall protection training and ladder placement) contained in OSHA inspection # 1634922 have been corrected.  This inspection was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2023,  with respect to a workplace located at 1135 Latitude Circle, Twin Falls, ID  83301.    Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:  a) Building 3 and building 5; On November 17, 2022 and times prior employees performing framing activities were not using fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards  up to 19-feet to a lower level or the ground below. 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) Building 5; On November 17, 2022 and times prior employees used an extension ladder to access the upper deck of a multi-family residential building.
