29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: 777 Washington Street, Auburn, MA: On November 18, 2022 and at times prior, the employer did not maintain a continuous and unobstructed path of exit travel from all points within the workplace to a place of safety. Specifically, the building freezer became full of stock after deliveries that employees entered and exited stock aisles narrowed to less than eighteen inches.
