OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) 1111 Virginia Street, Mobile, AL; On or about November 15, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to crush-by/struck-by/overturn hazards in that employee(s) were allowed to operate forklift without a complete functioning Operator restraint system (i.e. seatbelt system).
