Air velocity measurements were taken at the face of the booth and averaged 95.5 fpm.

On or about January 10, 2023, the employer did not have 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the tire rack spray paint booth. On the outside there were excess materials leaning against the booth as well as a black  drum. There was a metal shovel, scraper, and racks on wheels, and items hanging on the side of the booth.  b.) On or about April 20, 2023, the employer did not have 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the tire rack spray paint booth. On the outside there were excess materials leaning against the booth. There was a metal shovel, broom, cardboard, racks on wheels, and items hanging on the side of the booth.
