29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) In the scanner charging area on the workroom floor, on or about November 15, 2022, relocatable power taps (power strips) were not used in accordance with UL instructions in that the power strips were daisy chained together to provide power for the scanner chargers. b) At the mail sorting case near the scanner charging area, on or about November 15, 2022, a metal receptacle box that was designed to be mounted in a permanent electrical installation was installed as a pendant box on the end of a flexible cord that was dropped from the ceiling. The pendant receptacle box was used to provide power to the sorting case lighting.
