29 CFR  1910.132(a):Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition wherever it is necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact:  a) Sidney Sugars Inc, Sidney, MT:  On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior, as the temporary employer, Skillwork LLC did not ensure their employees were protected in that the employees were exposed to thermal burn hazards while working in and around DURCO mud press #1 that contained 85-degree Celsius pressurized liquid slurry. The employer failed to ensure employees were protected by providing personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, gloves, protective clothing, and protective shields and barriers.  b) Sidney Sugars Inc, Sidney, MT:  On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior, as the temporary employer, Skillwork LLC did not ensure their employees were protected in that the employees were exposed to thermal burn hazards while working in and around DURCO mud press #2 that contained 85-degree Celsius pressurized liquid slurry. The employer failed to ensure employees were protected by providing personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, gloves, protective clothing, and protective shields and barriers.  c) Sidney Sugars Inc, Sidney, MT:  On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior, as the temporary employer, Skillwork LLC did not ensure their employees were protected in that the employees were exposed to thermal burn hazards while working in and around DURCO mud press #3 that contained 85-degree Celsius pressurized liquid slurry.
