29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: a) At the Conex box workshop and adjacent yard, on or about November 17, 2022, multiple extension cords that were used to power portable equipment were exposed to damage from metal doors at the entrance to the box and from scrap metal that was piled on top of the cords in the yard.
