29 CFR  1910.30(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3): The employer did not train each employee in at least the following topics listed in 1910.30(a)(3)(i)-(iv):  Location: "Meat Dock" at 228 South Main Street, Newtown, CT 06470 - On or about November 3, 2022, the employer did not train employees responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks in the nature of fall hazards in their work areas and how to recognize them along with the procedures to be followed to minimize these fall hazards.  An employee who was loading empty pallets onto a truck sustained a fractured leg when his foot fell between the loading dock and the truck.
