29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Landress Auto Wrecking, Inc. Vehicle salvage lift bay: On or November 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with chemicals in that employees were required to work with and around chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline, transmission fluid, anti-freeze coolant, oil, and brake fluid without first developing and implementing a written hazard communication program.
