29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) Parking lot: On November 17, 2022 and times prior thereto protective barriers were not in place around a 1000 gallon propane tank. The tank was in use and not protected from vehicles and construction equipment operating in the area. Note) Corrected during inspection.
