29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  (a) Worksite - Threading Department: On or about 11/22/2022, a Rockwell Manufacturing Company Drill Press Serial #72-352 was not properly guarded exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.  (b) Worksite - Threading Department: On or about 11/22/2022, a Tanisaka Model 10-400 Thread Roller guard was propped open exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.  (c) Worksite - Warehouse: On or about 11/22/2022, a NEW H-30 Header panel was removed exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.  (d) Worksite- Toolroom: On or about 11/22/2022, a K.O. Lee grinder was missing a guard over the pully system exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.

(a) Worksite - Warehouse: On or about 11/22/2022, containers labelled as "Krystal Kleer Windshield Washer Fluid", "Maxwell House Coffee" and "Folgers Coffee" contained kerosene and machine coolant.
