(a) Worksite - Threading Department: On or about 11/22/2022, a Rockwell Manufacturing Company Drill Press Serial #72-352 was not properly guarded exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts. (b) Worksite - Threading Department: On or about 11/22/2022, a Tanisaka Model 10-400 Thread Roller guard was propped open exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts. (c) Worksite - Warehouse: On or about 11/22/2022, a NEW H-30 Header panel was removed exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts. (d) Worksite- Toolroom: On or about 11/22/2022, a K.O. Lee grinder was missing a guard over the pully system exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.
