Location: 657 Merrimac Street Lowell, MA   On or about 11/22/22, two employees engaged in breaking up a concrete floor using a HILTI handheld concrete breaker impact hammer, were exposed to respirable crystalline silica and did not implement engineering controls specified in Table 1 including but not limited to, wet controls and/or ventilation devices.
