29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  Note: Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable.  a)  At 574 Longleaf Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: on or about November 22, 2022, and at times prior to, the creating and exposing employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not worn while working with pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 574 Longleaf Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: on or about November 22, 2022, and at times prior to, the creating and exposing employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that he allowed his employees to perform construction activities without fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet.
