29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Throughout the facility, on or about November 16, 2022, and times prior, workers performing janitorial services with corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to Buckeye Blue, All purpose cleaner, were not provided adequate eye drenching facilities in that the employer provided one 32 ounce eyewash bottle in the facility.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Throughout the facility, on or about November 16, 2022, and times prior, workers were exposed to chemical hazards where the Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals were not up to date in the SDS binder including but not limited to the Buckeye Blue, all purpose cleaner.
