29 CFR 1910.36(g)(3): Objects that project into the exit route must not reduce the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes. (a): First Dock Area - Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. An exit door adjacent to the electrical panels was obstructed by a stack of flattened cardboard boxes and other material. The exit was not accessible to employees working near the overhead doors. The exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed, on or about November 22, 2023. (b): First Dock Area - Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. An exit route leading to an exit door adjacent to the overhead doors was obstructed by boxes of material. The exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed, on or about November 22, 2023. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item
