29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 16, 2022, at 1500 Bridge Way, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to an estimated 50-foot fall hazard while engaged in building restoration work from a 6th-floor balcony near the NE corner of the condominium without using any means of fall protection.
