The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is to be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. On or about October 24, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the floor of the deli area was not maintained free of water and grease, exposing employees to the hazard of slipping and falling.
