29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a)Pebble Beach Fertilization and Landscaping Service, Inc. at 27112 Cardinal Drive, Harrisburg, SD 57032: On or about and at times prior to November 1, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were utilizing a fall protection system while operating the Haulotte 5533A Articulated & Telescopic Trailer during holiday light installation on a residential property. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards.
