29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits that were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At the jobsite, employees installing gutters on the residential property were working near overhead power lines, exposing the employees to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident : a) At the jobsite, on November 22, 2022 at approximately 1:30pm, an employee made contact with overhead powerlines resulting in his death. The fatality was not reported within 8-hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Houston South Area Office was notified on November 23, 2022 at approximately 8:15am.
