29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift a) Main Bay: On or about October 20, 2022, a 1-gallon plastic container containing windshield washing fluid had no label or marking on the container to indicate the chemical contained within. This exposed employees to potential chemical hazards. b) Propane fill area: On or about February 23, 2023, propane or other pressurized containers were not properly labeled identifying the material, manufacturer, and symbols meeting the GHS requirement. In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.110(b)(5)(iii): When LP-Gas and one or more other gases were stored or used in the same area, the employer did not ensure that the containers were marked to identify their content. Marking shall conform to the marking requirements set forth in � 1910.253(b)(1)(ii).
