29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about 11/28/2022 - Freezer Area, forklift and pallet jack operators were exposed to struck-by hazards due to ice that had accumulated on the floor from a damaged air conditioner unit drip panel that had allowed some water to seep down at the entrance area of aisle #17.
