29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: (a) �On or about 11/28/2022, the employer did not ensure that ceiling tiles were in proper working order at all times, as there were missing ceiling tiles which enables hot gases and smoke from a fire to rise and accumulate above detectors and sprinklers exposing workers to fire and smoke inhalation hazards. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained: (a) On or about November 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure that minimum vertical clearance of 18-inches between sprinklers and the material below was not maintained in that, both the supplies storage room, the locker room, and the supervisor's office all had items stacked closer than 18-inches. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
