OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from an unprotected fall. (a) Model Cleaners 813 Greene Avenue, Altoona, PA, Outside Container Storage Area, on or about November 15th, 2022, employees loading and unloading laundry from the back of a truck were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 49 inches to the ground level below.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; (a) Model Cleaners 813 Greene Avenue, Altoona, PA, Outside Container Storage Area, on or about December 2nd, 2022, an extension cord and temporary electrical wiring was used in the 92 inch wide by 40 foot long outdoor storage containers used by employees performing loading and unloading of laundry into the containers from the 28 foot delivery truck.
