29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about November 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while operating a vehicle mounted aerial lift without a personal fall arrest system.
