29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  (a)	This violation occurred on or about November 29, 2022, at a jobsite located at 388 Oak Creek Drive, Lavon, TX; where employees doing framing work on a single-family home and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   (a)	This violation occurred on or about November 29, 2022, at a jobsite located at 388 Oak Creek Drive, Lavon, TX; where employees doing framing on a single-family home and using a Pnuetool nail gun, model number and serial number could not be recognized. Employees did not have eye protection and were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a)	This violation occurred on or about November 29, 2022, at a jobsite located at 388 Oak Creek Drive, Lavon, TX, where employees doing framing work on a single-family residential home were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): A stairway or ladder were not provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist is provided:  (a)	This violation occurred on or about November 29, 2022, at a jobsite located at 388 Oak Creek Drive, Lavon, TX, where the employer did not provide a ladder for employees doing framing work on a single-family house. Employees climbed the frames and were exposed to a fall hazard.
