29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On and/or before November 28, 2022, Multiple appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers and space heaters were plugged into relocatable power taps and/or "daisy chained" in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.  In the following locations: a) First floor, Security Managers Office: Daisy chained power strips with space heater connected to power strip. b) Third floor room 340 back wall: Coffee maker plus microwave were connected to one extension cord.  c) 2nd floor 430 Fleet support Cubical Number 2NW112: Two extension cords daisy chained. d) First floor main entrance  secretary's desk: Space heater was connected to extension cord.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage  1st Floor Bulk Area: On and/or before November 28, 2022 the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of electrical panels and switch boxes was clear. The circuit breaker panel was blocked by a cart in which the circuit breaker panel had powered offices, lights, women, and men's restrooms. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).

29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose  On and/or before November 28, 2022 the electrical transfer box cover was open and not secured to the box housing and/or missing a knock out cover showing exposed wiring. Employees continuously work in these areas loading and/or offloading shelves or administrative work. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock, and or fire hazard(s).  Located in: a) First Floor physical distribution cage, center of cage next to the wall.  b) Second floor next to cubical 2NE033.

First floor second cubical from south eastside warehouse garage door (Open purchase area): On and/or before November 28, 2022, a relocatable power strip had damage to the outer jacket next to the male end of the cord. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock, and or fire hazard(s).

In the following Locations: a) Located on the first floor of Bldg 116, next to the southwest side double doors and cousins LP 1100 machine. b) Located on the first floor of Bldg 116, in between the emergency exit and the northeast side warehouse garage door.
