29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Location -shop On or about November 29, 2022, employees were not protected from rotating parts, point of operation, and flying chip hazards that were not guarded. (a) The portion of 12-inch aluminum blade was not guarded on Robland rip saw, model number E45. (b) The portion of the blade below the table was not guarded on Robland rip saw, model number E45.
