29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: A) Rocky Mountain Twist Manufacturing Warehouse: On or about November 22nd, 2022, and at times prior employees were exposed to amputation hazards while rearranging and loading drill bits in the operating Pointer Splitter Machine.
