29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  (a) Recondition Pros LLC, located at 2700 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134: On or about November 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees required to wear a respirator did not have facial hair between the sealing surface of the respirator facepiece and the face. The employee having facial hair was wearing a half-faced respirator 3M 6000 series with P100 filters.
