On or about November 30, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 4903 Sand Clouds Dr. in Katy, TX, an employee was exposed to eye injuries while operating pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protective equipment.

On or about November 30, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 4903 Sand Clouds Dr. in Katy, TX, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on the roof of a two-story house without the use a fall protection system.
