29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about November 30, 2022: a. In the south end of fabrication shop area, located on the west wall, where employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating a MADA Iron Worker with a flexible cord not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. b. In the south end of fabrication shop area, located on the west wall, where employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating a Whitney Angle Shear with a flexible cord a flexible cord not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws.
