29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) 110 S. University Blvd. Mobile, AL. On or about November 30, 2022, and at times prior; the employer permitted employees to work from a job-made work platform that was being elevated by a JLG rough terrain forklift that was not approved for use by the manufacturer exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 23 feet.
