29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  On or about 12/01/2022, on the first floor elevation of Building 200, a residential structure under construction located at 4540 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees performing wooden floor truss stabilization work were exposed to a struck by eye injuries when utilizing a pneumatic nail guns while not wearing eye protection equipment.

29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about 12/01/2022, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 4540 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees performing wooden floor truss stabilization work were exposed to fall and struck by eye hazards prior to the employer performing an inspection of the site to ensure employees had and were using the proper equipment to protect themselves against those hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 12/01/2022, on the first floor elevation of Building 200, a residential structure under construction located at 4540 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees performing wooden floor truss stabilization  work were exposed to a fall hazard fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while not being protected from falling to the lower level.

On or about 12/01/2022, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 4540 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees performing wooden floor truss stabilization work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet prior to being provided with a training program for them to recognize the hazards associated with falls and in the procedures of each employees role in a fall protection plan.
