29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) Inside the Range: Range Safety Officers (RSOs) who were observing/instructing customers shooting inside the shooting range were exposed to noise levels in excess of the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit of 90 dBA and the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each range safety officer on or about 1/30/23. b) Inside the Range: Range instructors who were instructing/observing customers shooting inside the shooting range were exposed to noise levels which ranged in excess of the excess of the OSHA Action Level of 85 dBA were not obtain a new audiogram for each range instructor on or about 1/30/23. In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item. Failure to comply will result in additional penalty of $ 1,000.00 as per 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a. Inside the RSO Booth: The top surface of the electrical panel was contaminated with 2986.6 micrograms per 100 square centimeters (ug/100 cm2) of lead; on or about 12/1/22. b. Outside the Range/Customer Service Area: Tile floor areas near the door leading to sally-port was contaminated with between 607.77 ug/100 cm2 to 1033.0 ug/100 cm2 of lead; on or about 12-1-22. c. Outside the Range/Behind the Range Customer Service Counter: The rubber mat was contaminated with 969.08 ug/100 cm2 of lead on or about 12/17/23. d. Outside the Range in the Training Area: The floor outside the classroom was contaminated with 172.81 ug/100 cm2 of lead after vacuuming of the area had been completed on or about 1/15/23. In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item.
