29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power presses: (a) At 323 Southwell Blvd Tifton, GA, 31794: On or about December 1, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that a Minster Full Revolution Mechanical Power Press, #105, was operated without the bottom section of the point of operation guard. (b) At 323 Southwell Blvd Tifton, GA, 31794: On or about December 1, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that a Clearing Full Revolution Mechanical Power Press, #37, was operated without a point of operation guard.
