Hotel Front left lift- On or about December 1, 2022, employees were working from a JLG telescopic boom 660SJ, the employees were not tied off using a lanyard while working near the roof, the employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet. b. Hotel Front right lift- On or about December 1, 2022, employees were working from a JLG telescopic boom 660SJ, the employees were not wearing harnesses or tied off using a lanyard while working near the 2nd floor, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet.
