29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  A) 999 Esplinade, Pelham manor - NY:  Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below roofing work activities. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about November 2nd, 2022.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet  or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   A) 999 Esplinade, Pelham manor - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 and 28 feet on two different levels of the roof. They were engaged in roofing work on a structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about,  November 28th, 2022.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   A) 999 Esplinade, Pelham manor - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet while using an extension ladder to access a roof that was not extended at least 3 feet above the surface in which they were accessing, on or about November 28th, 2022.
