29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Apartment Building #4 located at 5301 W Fairington Pkwy., Lithonia, GA 30038, Roof: On or about 10/21/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet , 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof.
