29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite located at 118 South 21st Street, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not ensure that employees installing cellular sites on the roof of a commercial building, approximately 130 feet above the lower level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition observed on or about December 1, 2022.
