This was most recently documented on or about December 2, 2022 at Battenfeld-Cincinnati USA, located at 823 S Bypass Rd.  McPherson, Kansas. In the Soilex 90 extruder assembly area, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that the Soilex 90 extruder platform was not protected from falling when the leveling foot failed. This resulted in the platform falling and striking and crushing an employees forearm.
