29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  A) On or about December 2, 2022 at 40-20 172nd Street, Flushing, NY 11358  The employer failed to develop, implement and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees that are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to; engine oil, transmission fluid, brake cleaner, brake fluid during the servicing and repair of automotive vehicles  exposing employees to skin irritation.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
