29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asked for the records you keep under Part 1904, you did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours: Office - On or about December 2, 2022, the Employer did not provide the current OSHA 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses within 4 business hours. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395846, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 21290 Hwy 603, Kiln, MS 39556.
