(a) On or about November 30 2022, at the jobsite located at 220 West Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on a two story residential building with pneumatic nail guns without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about November 30 2022, at the jobsite located at 220 West Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI, employees were performing roofing work on a two story commercial building with a pitch of 10:12 with a fall height of greater than 25 feet without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
