29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1): Daily inspections of excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems were not made by a competent person for evidence of a situation that could have resulted in possible cave-ins, indications of failure of protective systems, hazardous atmospheres, or other hazardous conditions: a) 7790 Pecos St., Denver CO 80221, SAI Construction & Engineering: On or about December 5, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to cave-in hazards in that the 8-10 ft. deep trench was not protected by a protective system. The employer failed to do a daily inspection.
